Ceiling Repairs & New Crown Molding
We got a Facebook message from a real estate agent who had a client in need of some repairs prior to listing their home for sale. The experienced Realtor wanted her client to have the best chance at a high sales price and recommended the home get a few updates before listing. Bravura to the rescue!
At the initial consultation, we found that the homeowner had hired a previous contractor to repair her ceilings but he left the home with an unacceptable finished product. Gary got to work and in a couple days, the ceiling was repaired, had some crown molding added and was ready for the sales market!

Should you fix up your home before selling? Probably. Most buyers want a home that's in move-in condition. You could limit the number of buyers who might be attracted to your home by not making repairs. We can help you with that!
